New Project; Getting off to a good start:

The first step in designing a great web site is for us to understand your objective. In other words, the "Purpose" of your web site. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, and design your new web site to look and perform better than you expected it to.

We want to know your goals and objectives, how you see your company compared to your competitors, and the message you wish to convey to those who will see and use your web site. After forming a clear understanding, we build your Site Diagram; a blue print or plan for the construction of your web site or web application.

Along with your project diagram, we provide you with a statement of work detailing project time lines and milestones, due dates, deliverables, project costs, and more. The statement of work is our agreement. It also provides you with a complete understanding of what will be involved and required by you and BoomClient in order to properly complete your project on time and within budget.

Once your Project Begins:

Throughout our web design and development process, you will work with different members of our staff. Your project coordinator will introduce you to the members of our staff who specialize in the following areas:

  • Search Engine optimization Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a critical component of any web site design that hopes to achieve good search engine rankings. SEO must be considered at every stage of design and development.
  • Content Development Our copy writers will work with you to collect all of your information, rewrite and optimize all text content, and organize it for the pages of your new web site. Again, SEO is a big part of this step.
  • Graphic design & Flash Web Design After all of your new web site's content is prepared, your project moves to the graphics stage. Our graphic designers work closely with you to create a unique look and feel that truly differentiates you from your competitors.
  • Web Site Programming After you have approved the design of your new web site, our programmers convert the raw graphics into a working web site. Code is created to help your site work in all web browsers. Our web site programmers also take care of and any forms, dynamic page content, and all data bases and driven are features of your project.
  • Domain Name, Web Hosting and E-mail setup After your web site is completed and fully tested, our technical support staff prepares to launch your web site. adjustments will be made to your domain name records, your web site is loaded and tested on our primary web servers, and all e-mail and dynamic features are tested.
  • Launch Day The day your new web site is launched you will receive a full web site BIO report that includes everything about your new web site, passwords, special URL's, all source files created during design and a complete copy of your new web site on DVD.
